This was my first attempt at making farinata. It could have used a little more bake time but it was great. It's simple but full of flavour I would definitely make it again and experiment with toppings.

Looks like cornbread infused with onions and cheese(?). I might have to try that recipe out cuz that sounds good to me lol

Excellent choice! You under-baked it looks like. Browning is important on this one. Cuocilo più a lungo, filisteo.
