I would be in on this idea, but personally would prefer it be something that was done over Signal or another chat system versus a lemmy with posts that stay up for anyone to come across and see.

Not that I know of. Why not do it here? You can lead it if you want.
I've already got 6 communities I'm modding, don't think I should try to take on another one.
I understand. For now, maybe active participation like yours will build the community and I'll take care of modding until we need more mods. We can call for mods when it gets busy.
I'm new here, but is flair a function? You could use DiamondDog flair for such posts.
No, there is no post/user flairs so far
This is called “men’s groups” and it’s something you do in person (or sometimes on zoom), not in an online forum.
Just google for men’s groups in your area. Two larger organizations that do this on a larger scale are The Evolving Man and The Mankind Project.
Not a support group but you have: group of friends which could be a good thing, or Freemasonry if you need a change in life with a light side of spirituality without being a religion.
I have attended 2 support groups when I was young but it often encouraged bad behaviors because everyone understands you, you don’t get concrete advice from people who have the opposite behavior. You’re not "challenged" if you know what I mean.
