Not a support group but you have: group of friends which could be a good thing, or Freemasonry if you need a change in life with a light side of spirituality without being a religion.
I have attended 2 support groups when I was young but it often encouraged bad behaviors because everyone understands you, you don’t get concrete advice from people who have the opposite behavior. You’re not "challenged" if you know what I mean.
