They are going to need a lot more money before #nintendo destroys them

Honestly surprised it hasn't been taken down considering...

Pokémon already had animal slavery, they didn't add that part. Just the guns.

You can slavery the humans too

You're thinking of sujimon

I'm also thinking of the literal humans, and it tells you its ~~immortal~~ immoral to do, but still lets you. You can even sell them. I haven't tried to butcher yet.

I just found one you can fuck.

So you can run a sex dungeon too? Bruh.

Taken down considering what?

Being derivative is not necessarily an actionable offense.

The Nintendo and TPC legal teams have been watching Palworld since it was announced. If there was anything actionable, they would have acted already.

Just look at the Pokemon mod for Palworld that was already taken down, less than 8 hours after being announced.

That Link's Awakening HD fan game lasted for, like, a week, and that was barely anything beyond a direct copy. Could be there's nothing for the lawyers to litigate, or it could be they're building a broader case based on a cohesive body of evidence.

All that to say, don't mistake inaction for inability to act.

Not only that, but it is not like any of the Pokemon games. Some of the character models are certainly uncanny, and other than pal spheres instead of pokeballs, the two games aren't even similar.

The amount of people licking Nintendo’s boots makes me wonder where they signed up for the Jokemon profit share

It’s just people who suck at non turn based games.

Nintendo is the most litigation heavy company in the world if they've not been taken down already then it's obviously because there is no case. The game has been in development for like 2 years now and Nintendo has had plenty of time. It's come out now, which means it's not a problem.

There is one Pal'mon that genuinely has a model that is almost a copy of a Poke'mon.

The "hair" on Azurobe is a tweaked version of the hair on Primarina.

There are like 3 others that have features that kind of copy Poke'mon, but so weak that you can't really call it a problem.

Let's Game it Out already broke this game with an assault rifle: https://youtube.com/watch?v=jQJYHSlz4Ss

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Was it an assault rifle? Or was it glitching building stairs in a place where you get infinite XP? Either way that video is what inspired this meme (for me at least)

[–] BlackPenguins 3 points 1 year ago

I guess you could argue both. Once you have the AR you're basically unstoppable.

That was fucking stupid. YouTubers are garbage these days.

His million views say otherwise. As a QA engineer we find it hilarious how he finds these bugs.
