he may be a moron, but he has a point

[–] problematicPanther 37 points 8 months ago (1 children)

he makes a valid argument, just not the one he was trying to make.

yeah, the simple answer would be that you don't need a doctorate to tattoo, and I would assume most tattoo shops can't exactly support an anesthesiologist financially.

[–] problematicPanther 12 points 8 months ago (1 children)

but what about a eunaesthetist?

All you really need is good, solid brick.

Add that it would be against the Hippocratic oath for a doctor to practice medicine as part of a business that is intentionally wounding you to put ink under your skin.

Nah, cosmetic surgeons exist, and they aren't inherently violating professional ethics. Tattooing would be the same kind of elective procedure as breast implants or facelifts.

Also, the Hippocratic oath isn't what people think it is, nor is it even done on a wide basis at this point as an actual oath.

Anastasia isn’t good for you, the thing that can knock you out can kill you or still be bad for you in general.

[–] [email protected] 24 points 8 months ago (2 children)

While it's not everyone's favourite, I don't think listening to Anastasia is all that harmful.

Honestly I saw that movie as a kid and I never understood how 20th Century Fox wasn't a big player in the animated film industry. I guess it's technically a disney movie, now?

How would we listen to her, she's been dead years ago after the Russian revolt.

Why do you say they are a moron?

It's a valid question.

Edit: ok, English is hard i confused the words as well. Asking why tattoo studios don't offer anesthesia is a valid question, euthanasia would be assisted suicide.

If you are in a room and you don't know who the moron is...

Just kidding, cheers mate :)

Who am I to judge, a beautiful tattoo is to die for ;)
