I think things would've worked out differently if Nintendo hadn't messed up the naming of the Wii U. We probably would've had a line up like this:

• Wii
• Wii Pro (Wii U)
• Wii Portable (Switch)

They're at that crossroad again with the Switch name. What do you think the Switch successor should be called? Keep the Switch name or nah?

Add a second screen and call it the Dual Switch. DS for short.

They could also make the screen 3D capable and call it 3D Switch. Or 3DS if you will.

Sometimes the Switch could be uncomfortable to hold for long periods. Perhaps they could use a lighter material and reduce the weight, making it a 3D Switch Extra Light, or 3DS XL.
