It occurred to me after I posted this that depicting "black voters" in a meme with a noose might be insensitive. What do you guys think? Did I do a racism?
Being hung isn’t exclusive to black people. I think you’ll be fine.

given that it's a very widespread meme format used exactly the way this meme presents itself, any meaning along those lines are incidental and not intended. Personally I give it a pass, though it's possible there are people that don't think the same and find it offensive
I think it would have to have stronger implications of lynching, specifically, to be racist. My two cents.
