The cops show up at your door, and instead of copping to the fact that you're an idiot who shouldn't have called the cops, she instead escalates every sentence uttered with obstinate screaming. This woman is just so sure of her white female privilege, that nothing could possibly go wrong for her, that she tries all of this dumb shit. coming out yelling, saying she didn't call (after calling them a second time lmao), giving a fake name, feigning suicidal thoughts, telling the cop she's currently begging for leniency that all cops should be shot?? wtf??

This shows that she's bought into the narrative that cops aren't people, but a monolith. that they're all bad and all out to hurt you and make your life worse, when in actuality, they got a random call from a woman who anyone would mistake for a potential domestic abuse victim, and they wanted to make sure she was OK. she returns their concern for her well-being, with as much 'fuck-you energy' she can muster.

The cops actually did a great job here. They used non lethal force on the random dude who just bursts out of the apartment, a few feet from them, in a fighting stance. Then homeboy chills out, is respectful and calm, and he's left alone! meanwhile screammaster moron shakira off-her-meds just keeps yelling like she's gonna karen her way out of a police encounter. Like, I'm not gonna lie, if I was a cop, I'd be super lenient on the people who make my job easy. While every karen and douchebag is gonna get ALL the shit thrown at them.
