Hats off to the chef, that's a very pleasing thickness and diversity of toppings!
No mushrooms today though. They've got a bad rep at the moment.
:( one day I will start a moshrom campaign in here. They are next to potat in importance.
Mushrooms are good. I just don't have any fresh ones at the moment. And I've run out of freeze dried ones. I probably could have opened a jar of cooked ones, but I had tons of topping already.
