Someone else pointed out that we shouldn't celebrate Christmas or July 4th because "all days matter."

Isn't that basically the Jehovah Witness POV? You should celebrate God all days, you should be patriotic all days, etc.

They don’t celebrate Christmas because it’s a Pagan holiday not a Christian one

They only celebrate holidays mentioned in the bible

Well that rules out Easter as well. The rabbit and eggs are a dead giveaway that it's a fertility festival. Oh, and the lack of moralistic paywall on the candy. You have to be good for Santa. The rabbit is just throwing the eggs and chocolate everywhere.
