Setting aside the obvious one of Florida, I would guess Ohio bc (gestures wildly around) it exists.

Among born & raised Texans, I’ve heard Waco described as the armpit of Texas.

Back when I was on the other site, I’d found my way to a Texas humor sub. One of the funnier pictures I saw was an illustration of Texans by city:

  • Dallas - white man in a cowboy hat
  • Houston - black man in a cowboy hat
  • San Antonio - hispanic man in a cowboy hat
  • Austin - hipster in a fedora

That’s about all I got as far as playful stereotypes. There are more, but they’re insulting not playful.
