The $95 million is about nine hours of profit for Apple

I'm sure this will stop them from ever doing something like this again.

(Also I can't wait for my $0.48 check three years from now.)

Class members, estimated in the tens of millions, may receive up to $20 per Siri-enabled device, such as iPhones and Apple Watches.

Seeing as more than half the country uses an iPhone, I can't imagine getting anywhere near "up to $20". You're probably right.

I would hope it means the person who argued against an opt in for this feature got fired. Because you know that employee isn’t worth $95 million a year salary. And probably more than one person spoke up in meetings explaining why this wasn’t a good idea.

The problem with firing the ones who argued for opt-out is that it wouldn't leave anyone else because they already fired the ones who argued for opt-in.
