You must have a better monitor. When I zoomed in I couldn't read anything on that hat. I think they are just icons for the purpose of the cartoon. Perhaps you could assume they were liberal simply because they are arguing with the presumed republican. There are guys with red hats and mustaches that aren't Republican too. I don't think this is a latent feminist hate piece.
