He can say as much as he wants on Twitter or a blog or TV or wherever. Nobody is stopping him from "setting the record straight".

Of course he could catch a defamation charge if he pulls a Trump. Gotta watch out for that one. Better yet, watch out for the teenagers, and stop having sex with them.
