wait eurasian eagle beat bfo? that's surprising
Rarity seems to not be advantageous this year. I was a bit surprised as it did better than the Eagle Owl last year.
I love the Blakiston's, but I kinda don't want it to do well as it is rare enough it is really hard to get pics of, which is why I don't post it during the year. If it keeps winning, I think I would run out of pics to use.
It's too good of an owl to not put in the contest though, so I lose either way! ๐ A little "behind the scenes" peak.
Just flip the pic horizontally and post it more than a couple of months apart - we'll never know! :D
