Starmer has already said the UK will honor the arrest warrant.
Lets remember. That is pretty much a garrentee he won't have to.
Not like Netanyahu is required to visit his jurisdiction. Publicly declaring this will ensure he dosent.
Until Netanyahu starts pushing the issue and visiting other countries one after the other to show ICC as toothless.
They'll probably start with a sure thing and then go through less hostile countries, till they go to one that said it will honor the warrant. And with more countries "behind", acting on the warrant will seem "irrational". It's a bluff, but one that is very likely to work to "normalize" the political situation after the genocide.
He's said the exact opposite.
