I rarely take photos of food, but I once folded an omelet with such skill that I had to take a photo.
Then it turned out I figured out how to do that every time since I had made so many omelets and it became less impressive to me.
To be honest I can't make an omelet in a skillet to save my life. Only way I can get them to look good is on a flat top lol
And yeah I get the hype wearing off after doing it for a while but every now and then I'll make one that I feel deserves recognition.
