I'm still too used to reddit I guess. I clicked to see in the comments why this is actually a bad thing but at the time of writting this nobody made any such suggestions.
It’s probably not great for that deer to be so comfortable being so close to people, but I don’t think that’s unusual for suburban deer, they tend to be pretty brazen. That cat is going to lick its fur again later, so hopefully there’s nothing transmissible left over from the deer’s licks?
Right. So, it's bad because... Nah, I got nothing.
