I’d eat the hell out of this.

I’d get rid of the Dr Pepper and add cheese but the rest looks bomb.

Pretty sure this is a Midwest (US) thing. I remember this from my youth but hate pickles so I've never had it. If you search for pickles and cream cheese you'll get results.
