Please forgive my wack ass microscope

Anyone seen this before?

Hey all,

This is my cute Auto Forbidden Cherry from dutch passion. It's about 6 to 7 weeks old and lives in a 10l bag in coco/compost soil. She' is flowering since about 3 weeks. It's my first grow without any big investments.

Can anyone tell me what's up with the yellowish color on this big leafes?

Getting around to processing it all, which means removing most from the larger stems and giving it a quick brush with the canna brush to remove some sugar leaves.

Basically title. If I make a quick wash isopropyl alcohol (QWISO) solution, would a vacuum extraction have a meaningful effect on the resulting concentrate? I'm doubt it would have a meaningful impact in terms of flavor and terpene content, but I can see it producing an interesting consistency. The only way I could see it affecting flavor would be if the low pressure caused some volatiles to change, but I kinda doubt that. For the vacuum extraction I would probably just put it in a vacuum chamber.

Nothing special, just removed some larger fan leaves so I can access underneath and some lower node points that wouldn’t reach the first trellis by the time it fills out.

The one auto is getting tall, so supercropped the higher stems, but they already have completely different plans apparently.

The smoke is fruity with just a hint of spice, it’s providing decent pain relief which is exactly what I wanted out of it.

Probably gonna go get it tested for THC content next week.

This was the final big pruning for my mainline grow, from here I'll just let the 8 tops grow upwards a bit and then flip to flower.

I'm going to chop off about two feet from each of them, even out the canopy a little bit, and then brace for the stretch at the end of June. Also my cover crop looks awesome, it gives the whole greenhouse a real Secret Garden vibe. I pulled a lawn chair in here, it's my new favorite smoke spot.
