I have a meeting set every Monday at 7am. It gets done... maybe Thursday. When I asked what value we derived from it, I wasn't satisfied with the answer. Capacity management or billable project hours... maybe, but I am a 9-5 process owner it's either a copy and paste or just totally made up.
