Not at all. England has courts of law and not necessarily justice. Add power, privilege and wealth and the two tier justice system is complete. It's designed to be that way - the courts role is to enforce the effective oppression of the majority by the minority. Not everyone is equal under the law.

And which of these individuals / companies have been awarded government contracts? Funneling public money into the Tory party coffers is par for the course for these leeches.

It's a stupid gimmick - just like air drops. If the US wanted it could go and open the border crossings for aid. Hundreds of lorries a day are required. Not doing that reveals the truth - starving mainly innocent Palestinians.

Let's not forget BoJos method of avoiding scrutiny of Brexit. There's more than one way to avoid either having or not having an election! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2019_British_prorogation_controversy and https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prorogation_in_the_United_Kingdom

Isn't the issue that in the gulf these drones are being targeted by missiles that are more like $1M each? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flakpanzer_Gepard are not mounted on ships afaik although I expect there are similar solutions. Update: it seems electronic warfare (lasers, microwave, GPS suppression) are favoured as they don't run out of ammo. Against a drone swarm attack mixed with anti ship missiles the ballistics are reserved for taking out the ship killers. Striking the threat at source is even better which the US and UK are doing now. https://www.reddit.com/r/WarCollege/comments/17dgocl/how_should_warships_deal_with_the_issue_of_being/
