Their rules, sure. But those rules, as well as decisions pertaining to them, should be clearly communicated to the users so they have a chance to decide whether or not they want to participate in the community.

3080 here as well. Recommended requirement is a 2080. So question is whether that means "recommended for 30 FPS". If so, then I'm worried that I can kiss 60+ FPS goodbye as well... And then there's the question of whether we can trust these requirements. Jedi Survivor called for a 2070, and we all know how that turned out...
