For me it's kinda unfocused, like I can imagine a ball on a table and someone giving it a push.

Only after I force myself to think a bit harder about it, I get a regular square wooden table in a kitchen-esque room, with a silver pinball on it, while a guy approaches it and gives it a small push, at the same time, the post didn't ask me to imagine the ball falling off the table, so the ball barely rolls at all.

Hearing the Top Gear trio being referred to as just "some TV presenters" feels weird

That's what my phone is set at 24/7, the only time it makes a noise from the speakers is when the alarm goes off in the morning.

I would argue that mentioning race at all is what makes it more of a racist thing.

Like, why say that woman was black at all then?

But it's all just semantics, it's a fake story that has both aspects in it, and it doesn't really matter if it's one or the other

That just depends on the order of attributes you prefer to use to refer to a person.

For me gender or age would usually come first rather than race

Specific forums for certain things are still the best.

I have an Aprilia motorcycle from 1999, and the Aprilia forum has 20 years of info, discussion, and advice on that specific motorcycle.

It is also a bit surreal seeing someone reply to my question and see that they joined the forum itself back when I was less that 1 years old.

Continuing with the food analogy.

The problem is that I'm basically up for trying almost anything.

I know what I foods I probably wouldn't like (paprika for example).

And there are certain foods that I like more than others, but there is no hard preference.

Asian food? No problem.

Pizza? Love it.

McDonald's bit plain but always reliable.

Kebab? Nice.

There simply is no preference, as long as I like the taste and it fills the stomach, I am happy.
