Me. I'm finding that the content here is better at the moment. It was a bit of a challenge at first, and I kept going back to reddit. Last week I decided to delete the reddit app (not my account) for one week to force more engagement with Lemmy and I'm happy so far. I'm missing some of the bigger subs, like the NBA sub and more subs local to my home city, but overall I'm happy. I'm going to probably have to install reddit again for those subs I mentioned, but think I'll be defaulting to Lemmy for general use

There is an independent appliance dealer in almost every area of the US. Miele may not be sold in box stores, but there is almost certainly a dealer that will deliver to and service your area.
This is how I got started 20 years ago when I got my first apartment. Cookbook with "easy" or "quick" recipes and you'll eventually get good at it. It's still the best way to learn.

Covid seemed to change workplace attire in my company forever. I used to wear a coat and tie to meetings and events.... I'm now wearing a polo shirt and stretchy chinos with "dress shoes" that are basically sneakers.
