It's projection. They shout about 'snowflakes' and 'freedom of speech'. Or screech about 'wokeness' and all the other nonsense.

It's only to deflect from the fact that they're the snowflakes.

Most of them are too stupid to realise that's what they're doing. They're too embarrassed to admit (often to even themselves) that they have no idea what freedom of speech actually is, or indeed any of the things are that they whine incessantly about. Utterly drowning in their cognitive dissonance.

They get whipped up into such a feverous stupour of fear that they can't take a second to stop and actually think about what they're being fed by their media rag of choice. They might actually realise that their stance doesn't actually make any sense.

From Climate Change to Brexit. From Hunter Biden to Electric Vehicles. From '15minute cities' to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Someone level headed will make a comment or raise an issue of 'hey guys, maybe we should think about doing something about x. If we don't then it's probable that it will lead to something bad'. Something even as simple as offering a policy that will actually improve a great deal of people's quality of life (including their own) with little cost. It's all met with ruddy faced rage and flying spittle.

It's absolute insanity.

For lore Aborder Prince is pretty good. Great voice acting and in a style that seems to suite the aesthetic of the universe.

I wasn't able to get out for a run/ride, but I did see it as a chance to take the Spitfire to pick up my son. And today was pretty good as well, Combat Karts was great fun.

South Tyneside, just up the road! It's not that we haven't had any nice weather in July, but the few spots we've had have either been exactly when I'm not able to enjoy it.

Son's 14th birthday, still need to grab a card. He got caught out doing something exceptionally stupid yesterday (teenager shit), and not sure if it's a chat to have with him on his birthday or to wait. Obviously the longer it's left the less impact it will have. But Karting tomorrow with him, hopefully that goes well. Trying something called 'Combat Karts' this time, whatever that is. Hopefully it justifies it's rediculous price premium.

In other news, starting to get seriously miffed with this fucking weather. Have only been able to get out for a run once in the last 2 weeks between family stuff. So when I do have the chance it's either raining or I'm otherwise exhausted. Not to mention that I've not been able to get out on the bike for nearly a month now for the same reasons. It's fucking July for fucking fuck. Out of all the seasons summer is the only one that I can deal with at the best of times.

I'm not looking for the European death rays, just less cold, drab, grey rain. The rest of the world is burning to a crisp and we're soaking. Fuck, we've even literally sprung a leak around the window fitting as a result of the last torrential rain storm.

I'll be curious to see how much of an impact this has really made when someone gets around to publishing the metrics.

I would like to hope that Reddit has take a significant traffic hit due this whole API bullshit, but I honestly wouldn't be all suprised if it was less than 10%.

But we will wait and see.

'A couple of weeks' would be August 😉

Just waiting for the Tarkov wipe. It's expected in the next couple of weeks hopefully.

In the meantime I've been playing Battlebit, and loving it. Decided to find out what Dawn of War franchise is all about and suddenly many memes make sense.

But by far the most time is spent back on Workers and Resources. One of those games that I call a time machine. One minute you load it up, and the next it's 5 hours later and you can't figure out where the time went.

From what I've seen of this it looks like a fantastic game with some awesome mechanics.

For the most part I think that they're all entirely nonsense and based around people searching for something that simply isn't there.

At the end of the video Lemmino spends some time talking about these, saying that they're just not credible based on so many factors. And for that I entirely agree. However he doesn't talk about the weird behaviour of the Secret Service following the event.

Now all of that could be down to Secret Service corruption, incompetence, secrecy etc etc, but it could also just as likely be on purpose.

I'm a big believer in Occam's Razor, that the simplest thing is probably what happened. As we all know the events, I fully believe that Oswald did what he did entirely as described in the video, but there are is also interesting 'evidence' that suggests that maybe one of Kenney's Secret Service detail may have unintentionally shot Kennedy in the back of the head in the chaos of everything and upon realising this, the Secret Service obviously decided to try and (successfully) cover it up.

Again, I fully recognise this theory as a conspiracy, but for me, based on what (admittedly small amount) I've seen on the matter this is the most credible. Because it's the simplest answer. Only being trumped by the simpler answer that everything happened as described.

The amount of effort and research that Lemmino puts into his videos are epic.

I can honestly believe that the amount of time between videos is entirely the length of time it takes to create one of his videos.

For anyone who hasn't heard of this youtuber I would strongly recommend his video on Jack the Ripper and the video on the origins of the 'Superman S'. The latter of which I think is the genesis of his passion for these long form deeply researched videos.

He has come such a long way from his roots as a bit of generic 'Top 10' lists creator to where he has come. Phenomenal development of skills and style.

I think my criticisms on this video, if I was to be picky, would be that he perhaps could have touched on some of the more credible 'conspiracies' surrounding and following the event. But I appreciate the length of the video was already nearly 2hours just in the details surrounding Oswald at the time. Maybe he's got another video planned regarding this, after all he has touched on speculation before on the Jack the Ripper video.

I don't mean this in a disparaging way, new fans are just as important and their passion just as valid as grizzled ones.

But this era of domination isn't new or unusual. Honestly, before Red Bull, it was Merc, then Red Bull. Every regs era has been dominated by a team. Some have been closer than others, but generally there's always been one which is 90% better than the rest in terms of wins. It only changes towards the last couple of years before a regs change.
