I live in mortal fear of the day At the Mountains of Madness gets adapted, because i know it can never live up to my dreams and expectations.

War is inhumane business regardless, and the objective should always be to bring the conflict to an end as swiftly as possible. If cluster munitions do so, then we should be handing them over to Ukraine as fast as we can ship them.
I remember the first time i saw the Contra switch from side-scrolling to "first person" and being totally blown away by it.
I'd love to see that, Meta has...well, Meta money and Meta lawyers and Meta pull. Twitter has uh...well i guess unpaid bills?
Yeah i literally just run whatever the default in Linux Mint is. It's got everything where i expect it to be and has no friction, and that's good enough for me.
Cases like this are why I couldn't be a lawyer, it's actually ambiguous if he meant "i got the contract" or "I agree to the contract".
I do think the court got it right though because he never said anything about the contract after that, just as someone would if they agreed to the contract.
More "Take action for the sake of taking action" on the part of the pentagon i see. It's not like any of their proposed measures would have actually stopped the leaks, but it at least makes the pencil-pushers feel like their helping.

The best part will be when they find out that local floridians absolutely will not work for the same wages, and in many cases any wage, for the same labor. Similar actions in the past have left crops rotting in the fields because no one wants to harvest them. This incident in california comes to mind although of course that was nowhere near as harsh...
I only game on linux and regret nothing.
There's big money in prosecution and not nearly as much in just leaving people alone.
