This is too good to be true. I mean, it might actually be true, and it's still too good to be true.
I wonder if vehicles will arrive in a later DLC, kinda like how they appeared in NMS. I suspect a modded solution will be a little hard to pull off convincingly.
I can't believe she even knows that word. More a comment on her vocabulary than her temperament.
I wonder if we actually need a LowSodium alternative in the Fediverse. Has anyone encountered much salt on this side? FWIW, https://dataterm.digital/c/cyberpunk2077 and https://lemmy.world/c/cyberpunk2077 exit, too, and seem to have some traction.
Of course, there is nothing wrong with giving people some options and seeing what sticks.
That's a little harsh. And overly broad. It's hard, essential, and generally unappreciated work. They are community volunteers and hold communities together. Some are less pleasant that others, but we need mods, and I'm glad some are willing to step up and do the work the rest of us won't.
I don't think we really even want a tsunami of new users. The infrastructure isn't ready and most of them won't won't even understand what federation means. A slow trickle while we work out the kinks is fine. It's not like it's a race or anything.
The sad truth is, now that many of us who would otherwise protest have migrated, those who are left are less likely to protest.
Is that the Olympic village, across the street?
Great article by Pigliucci, who is one of my earliest Stoic sources. The issue of translation of key Stoic terms has led to a lot of confusion, and pointless arguments with Stoicism's critics. Understanding this word goes a long way to helping us understand why seemingly "smart" people make horrible choices.
Let's be honest: we'd all like to see another Kherson blitzkrieg. And the Russians are fighting back harder than we expected. But fate favors the side with the best weapons and tactics, and that probably isn't Russia
You do you, but I'm in. I just can't quit Night City
I served in the 80's and let me heartily agree. We "wind dummies" derided "Jar-Heads" and "Wing Nuts", but the thought of actually trying to kill them is just ludicrous. Not even the ones from the wrong side of the political aisle. It's hard to imagine what kind of sick environment the Muscovites have in place that could give rise to this kind of in-fighting. It's hard to understand how they've managed to last this long with this level of rot.
