They’re wrong.

I sideloaded an iPA file (iOS) and the button to enable VPN would get stuck even if it has MASQUE protocol that’s FIPS compliant.

I really meant in theory or given that India is a democratic country, the kind of global news or the environment that have developed after the pandemic… doesn’t seem bright. Like you’ve the EU that’s very vocal to UN and yet the arabs can get away with beheadings to Korea with dictatorship in this 21st Century, you’d at least want a democratic to not lose its democracy and the said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is already in his third term while seeking to cement his place permanent.

This is where US should step in but they with EU & UK likely have similar goals.

Yup, trials are not even out for customers to fix their designs which are made at least a year in advance. Wccftech is referral links spam site with AI authored articles.

This enforcement action marks the first significant implementation of India’s 2022 regulatory framework governing VPN apps. The rules mandate that VPN providers and cloud service operators maintain comprehensive records of their customers, including names, addresses, IP addresses and transaction histories, for a five-year period.

Just running tap water and microfibre cloth, soap actually reacts with the oleophobic coating of the lens leaving strange marks like oil stains so something to not universally advise. As long as you’ve a microfibre cloth, it’s fine but still… don’t rub dry - one side is to wipe the water, other side is to polish after.

Nope, don’t push clickbaity articles from Wccftech. Apple along with the industry is supposed to utilise N3P in 2025 from N3E in 2024 before moving to N2 the trials of which is even yet to come while design and testing of chips take years (and not months) in advance.

The original solutions that came up with the idea and trained on thousands of input before it I presume would be likely more robust.

Personally, it would be my favourite even if it were just a RSS feeder app where colours would only pour from media or link embeds but I can’t stop the idea of even having the messenger conform to this style where we replace emojis with Kaomojis even.

If it were me, I would also go as far as hiding a mini snake game as an easter egg ✌︎

Let’s be honest, the real reason Lemmy build most of its traffic is because of Reddit users. But the thing is, outside of the mass exodus in the west that too from the PC era.. people discover and join Reddit not because it’s another social media like Facebook or Twitter that people need to reserve their usernames on like a brand or celebrity but because Google Search is kinda… actually absolute trash by SEO and machine learning crawlers.

Most of the world (I am from India btw, hello~) join or even discover reddit because they’re trying to search for actual solutions, recommendations, advice or even reviews by actual experienced people without having to go through another YouTuber which can stem from troubleshooting a router, finding an actual FOSS option or seeking immediate solutions to the recent CrowdStrike fiasco for example. After having to visit reddit every time whenever using a search engine including for education to career advice, I ended up directly signing up with reddit a decade ago.

Recently, Reddit even restricted its search results to Google only in a business partnership meaning those using Bing, DuckDuckGo to Ecosia or even SearchGPT wouldn’t be able to access Reddit answers anymore. Say, if someone searches for how to block ads on chrome as example - Solutions like uBlock Origin come into existence and continue to exist because of the combined community in Reddit that Lemmy is trying to preserve.

Unlike others, am not saying Lemmy would be dead but it would be pretty much like Discord-Telegram or Tumblr instead of wiping Reddit or correcting Facebook. Reddit is not something you discover from word-of-mouth or join from peer pressure unlike other social media which is even truer for Lemmy but because it actually helps and is useful to people.

Lemmy can’t be taking the path of 𝕏 (Alone Mask’s Twitter) but any of the good platforms were before the Enshittification with Facebook’s way~

Visit the settings page of AdGuard and enable these:

  • AdBlocking: AdGuard Base & Mobile Filter
  • Privacy: AdGuard Tracking Protection Filter
  • Social Widgets: AdGuard Social Media Filter
  • Annoyances: AdGuard Annoyances Filter, AdGuard Cookie Notices Filter, AdGuard Popups Filter, AdGuard Mobile App Banners Filter, AdGuard Other Annoyances Filter, AdGuard Widgets Filter, AdGuard Warning Removal List, Fanboy Annoyances Filter, Web Annoyances Ultralist, EasyList, Dandelion Sprout’s Annoyances List, I don't care about cookies (optional)
  • Security: NoCoin Filter List & Online Malicious URL Blocklist
  • Language: AdGuard Japanese Filter + [Your Country] Filter
  • Other: AdGuard DNS Filter

These are my (minimum) toggles for the free version of AdGuard (which is enough) but make sure to enable both mobile and base filters regardless of your device type, which I try to mirror on both macOS and iOS. You may have the luxury of more filters if you're on the newer version but it's not necessary to enable every single filter like for Language List outside of the languages that are part of your multilingual life.

Despite these, if you still end up with any form of ads leftover then head to Support → Report Incorrect Blocking after confirming your filters are updated or the extensions are active and the people at AdGuard would take a max of three days (they're very active) but rarely over 7 days to address them.

Note:

  • Don’t forget to check Safari Settings as well and give it a restart when your filters are updated.
  • If you have been unable to load the video player due to backend changes then reinstall AdGuard and restart Safari, after updating the filters you’re good to go.
  • If you're having difficulty accessing the site (or facing buffers) then use CloudFlare Warp (VPN) with a Gateway DOH Subdomain that whitelists vid2a41.site (Advanced → Connection Options → DNS Settings)

Subdomainciwelz9v7y

  • If you have just enabled the rules then update the filters first and wait for it to finish.

Test if you’ve managed to activate the filters:
