I have the same thing except it's my dad. I've been able to become lucid on occasion when it happens and it's like I get to hang out with my dad again. I have yet to tell him he is dead in the real world when it does occur. I'm afraid of what will happen if I do.

Damn you're right! I confused him with the Longlegs director. Longlegs was another good thriller from 2024 but it didn't quite make it to my top favs of the year. Still a solid flick!
Alien Romulus was pretty damn good, certainly the best entry in the series since Aliens.
Immaculate really surprised me as I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. If you like religious focused horror, especially from the Christian side of things, this might be up your alley.
Strange Darling was a fun movie but I would not consider it horror, more of a thriller. Some people really disliked it and I can understand why. It's not for everyone, but it hit all the check boxes for me. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Oddity was a really good time if you like ghost stories. Probably my favorite horror movie of the year and I'm really excited to see what this director does with The Monkey.
Dishonored! Playing the whole series over again.

Then we're celebrating that we've continued to fuck the planet up and escaped the major looming consequences for another year.
Based on experience ol' Dad would have put on a few more pounds in those 5 years.
If this was a Tales from the Crypt episode chances would be 100%!
Since you are starting with the cardio I'd increase that by 5 to 10 mins, then drop the biking at the end replacing it with some dumbbell lunges and calve raises. Also leg press and squats work very similar muscles, so you might want to change one of those for another leg exercise or core exercise.
It was a parody of a real film noir called Angels with Dirty Faces!
This sounds like my personal nightmare. I'd never be able to relax knowing someone could drop by any moment. You're way more friendly than I.
