Not only that but you have to buy it from a different source if you want a second account! And you'll be highly dependent on outside-of-game tools, because the game doesn't provide any info past really basic stuff! Yeah, the game has some quirks and questionable design choices, but believe me, there's nothing like it out there. If you're looking for a spacesim and you enjoyed the original you'll likely enjoy this one immensely. I suggest you give it a try, warts and all.

I'm loving the look of this thing, but "audiophile brand" just screams "overpriced as fuck" to me. Time will tell I suppose.

Looks like I'll be bringing in the unpopular opinion. I did love the production quality and the CGI, and it looks like they really did the lore justice with lots of references, easter eggs and music, but honestly I find the rest of it meh. The cast is mediocre ( with the exception of Goggins' Cooper and the occasional secondary character ), the characters are pretty flat and uninspired, and the action scenes are just...strange ( watching the fight between the T60 and the yaoguai was like reliving 60s era star trek fight scenes ). The whole thing feels very videogame-y(?) I guess. But whereas the videogames can get away with it because they're interactive, here you're stuck watching the same unlikeable characters hours on end, and to be frank I'm having a hard time getting past the first half of the season.

The lemmies, they scrolled too greedily and too deep. You know what they awoke in the darkness

This map is misleading. I'm fairly certain my colleagues in latin america had easter mondays off, and they were all catholic. And speaking of, apparently orthodox easter doesn't count, which leads to even more grey countries.

For a second I thought this was about Subnautica

Interesting stats. I could've sworn the PPP had gone up lately. So this means that sets have been getting more expensive not because part price increases but actual part increase ( more, smaller parts in a more intricate design). What's more surprising to me is that City, which is a System theme with supposedly no licensing, has twice the PPP of Creator.

No they haven't. It's a publicly traded company - they have every incentive to overhype and oversell yet again.
