Don't forget about completely ignoring all the intelligence from multiple countries including their own about the imminent attack and then doing things like firing indiscriminately from battle choppers into crowds. I see your point ... Fear of retribution through the FCC is now a real thing. This is how it begins though - first they ban free speech and any dissent and then the ones that still stand up will be disappeared.

You're speaking logically and not one of these idiots runs on logic. They run on fear and hatred of differences and the lust for money and power. As an American that saw what this country could do when we were great ... I fear for everyone and everything right now.
Every once in a great while the people of Reddit do the right thing and I'm proud of every one of them that took a stand. Even the BBC is calling it an awkward gesture and they aren't owned by right wing billionaires in the US. Not ONE media news org here has called the obvious. Sanewashing. Don't let leftover rice go over 3 days in the fridge (pasta too) without freezing. I dunno if you watch chubbyemu on YouTube but he's a doctor who covers cases where people get really messed up or die by incidents like food poisoning or other. It's a great watch and after seeing the rice one we throw it out after 2 days.
