Thank you for taking the time to write this. That was an awesome read!

This looks awesome. Reminds me of the automations in Frostpunk.

This is a dream for me, good on your dad. The closest I've been is when they sat on the back table with me and would sing.

Thanks for that, I enjoyed it!

I love Australian Magpies. They're smart, cheeky and have a lovely singing voice. I have a family that I've watched change over the years, they have babies, some die, some leave and some come back. They visit nearly every day.

I am giving my cat a water fountain. She loves water straight from the tap and shower floor water.

That's fair. It would be a mild inconvenience but I would just connect my server to the HDMI on the tv. Maybe load up some USBs with music as well.

Probably about 80% addicted. In saying that though, if there is no internet for whatever reason I'm fine. Everything is self hosted on my local network, eg Jellyfin, Mealie, Navidrome. Plus a bunch of games and an Xbox. I don't find it hard to keep myself occupied without internet with other things too like cooking, gardening, exercise and organising.

Why not all? You don't have to identify in one box. I think it's awesome to have a connection and understanding of a range of backgrounds. All my dogs have been mutts btw and they're the best.

Hi everyone, I'm new to working out. I've mostly been walking and rowing. On Monday I incorporated body weight strength training, which included squats and lunges. Today is now Wednesday and I'm feeling the pain in my legs. How do I recover from this? Should I stick to my routine or take it easy today? I do warm up/warm down, stretch and eat protein heavy foods btw. I also really want to keep going as it helps my mental health. TIA.

For me I would be a young adult during the late 80s early 90s in New York. Something about the city and music.

Travelling is awesome, to travel to a place and time and live out some years would be even better.

Adopted her a year ago from the shelter. She's missing a bunch of teeth, has a wonky eye and gets grumpy if she doesn't get her way but to me she is perfect. She turns 14 soon and will live out her golden years with me.

G'day! I am looking to build a jellyfin server with the arrs through docker. Any advice is welcome.

I want to use quicksync and have expandable storage. An SSD cache would be nice too. Not fussed about back ups for this media as important files I have backed up 321. I can't afford a Synology Nas. I already have a bunch of SATA HDD's with media on them that I would like to utilise in this build.

I was thinking of some type of hard drive bay and an Optiplex/Thinkcentre?

Question is, how does the PC and the hard drive bay connect? Do I need any other hardware? Am I even on the right path here? Go easy on me, I'm new to this and on a budget. Thanking you all and here's to cutting the cord!
