A "Bird of Prey" with 1500 pieces and legal license, in the blue week for 35 bucks will never be available again. Unfortunately, I found out about it too late.

In Europe, we make similar mistakes: the right wing promotes the right, the left wing berates the right wing and the media constantly report on the absurdities of the right wing or reinforce some right-wing theme. As a result, the right wing gets all the media attention and people wonder why the right wing is gaining strength.

I don't want support (because I'm no server admin). An answer how it's possible, or not is enough.

Hello folks. Is it technically possible to push the Lemmy instance by mirroring content from the public Mastodon start page to individual Lemmy pages? The interface should be able to do that? (Maybe I don't understand the Fediverse again.) If it is possible, is there a guide on how to mirror public Mastodon content to Lemmy? e.g. from this random page https://mstdn.social/explore

It's not possible to be bad at It. Either you have fun, or you don't have fun. If 'Werewolf' works for you in a small group, it's good.

Cool - a lot of new stuff for me. We play normaly 2-3 hours. At the beginning with up to 6 people. At the end 3-4 players.

I'm ok with this. Here ist the source for the thumbnail picture: https://youtu.be/yXujcmVfrJE

I like the fill of details and the dialect.

Thank you. Different versions of "Werewolf" is new for me. I think 6 people are the minimum to play "Werewolf".

Bicycle with roof (lemmy.world)
submitted 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago) by MrFloppy to c/[email protected]

I don't know why roofed bikes and bike-caravans have appealed to me so much for years. They are expensive and take up a lot of space at home. I probably won't buy one. And yet I'm always looking to see what's new in this area.

They would be handy in spring and autumn. So here's my list which velomobiles are available with a roof:

And which may be ready for series production in 2025:

In my opinion, it would be enough for a cargo-bike manufacturer to offer an optional roof like the one built by "Ekki Mobil". (picture in title) A cargo-bike with a box at the front would be ideal. It would also be much cheaper than any of the velomobiles listed above. What do you think about it?

I think it would be nice to exchange what you like to play. Maybe there are games that some people don't know or can recommend to others.

Just write in the comments what fits the thread title.

Here is my list of what we currently like to play in a small group (up to 6 players) with older children (aged 10 and over). The common factor in this group is entertaining games:

  • Crazy Words
  • Just One
  • Double
  • Ligretto
  • Scyjo
  • UNO flip
  • Crack List
  • Wizard

Games to fill a game night:

  • Dog
  • Romme
  • Azul
  • Rummikub
  • Tabu XXL

I have now uploaded Page 2 with corrected spelling and a better resolution quality.

Emotions game (lemmy.world)
submitted 4 months ago* (last edited 3 months ago) by MrFloppy to c/boardgames

I once borrowed an emotions game from a friend that she used in her kindergarten. In my opinion, this kind of game is a great way to playfully find out what is bothering a child of kindergarten age.

Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere else what it's called, so I've put together a clone for you from similar templates and my memory.

After a long time, I tried Splatoon again via the Pretendo user. (easy setting - no Homebrew) It worked great, without any problems and ¿because it was Sunday? a group always formed quickly.

Is it possible, that the splatoon server is down these days?

Is it possible to create my own programm-sequences for LEGO BOOST MOCs on Windows PC?
Is there an APP for Windows, which I can use to connect?

Or is it just possible with smartphone/tablet? If yes: Which App can I use instead of the LEGO BOOST App? (because the LEGO BOOST App is just for the 5 plans from Lego and there is no creative mode)

Nett hier, zu Feddit: German speaking Lemmy Community.

Perhaps someone needs this for another plattform.

I've been following the project for a year now and Clemens Elflein has actually managed to get the topic off the ground professionally. Recently, his kit is available, with which you can upgrade a cheap Yardforce robotic mower to GPS support. This eliminates the need to lay boundary wires.
