it seems that reddit are delaying following through with most requests until after 1 July when API requests (such as those that shreddit uses) will be blocked.

I was sooo worried about this and thinking that something like that would be done, back when i saw someone warn in the save 3rd party apps sub that u should request your data. Still i tried making a request bc i thought maybe reddit did not catch on yet or maybe bc it was before the blackout there can still be a chance, but till now i never got the data. :(

probably i'll just leave the comments and posts. I did not post a lot.

If the sub were private that time, wouldnt it have prevented him from being able to delete the comment in there in the first place (bc he wouldnt be able to see them when its privet?) In this case he was able to see them i guess because he was able to delete them specific. But am not sure

It can also depend on the person ND or not. Im not diagnosed with autism but i never have stopped liking someone bc we didnt talk in a while.. i do have social anxiety and i dont talk to my friends every day or can go long time between ever talking to them, but i still like them the same im just not very talkative.... I only worry about what if THEY dont feel that way one day and what if theyre upset at me for not talking to them, or what if they never wanna talk to me again because is been so long but no one got upset.

I think he had (I think it's called survivorship bias? Can it be survivorship bias if someone applies it to their own self?) Or just thinking he is untouchable or exception. I am not saying all rich people or their child are like this, but he came from a rich family and sometime people like him get a bit insulated to think anything wrong can happen to them, or they would have a way out all the time.

It's in line with other behaviour he showed tbh. Like he acted like rules, regulations and warnings are kind of pointless or at least are overly careful. So probably he thought "this still works, it isnt broken so they're probably just not using it because they're overly cautious." Or MAYBE he thought "well its only gonna be used for a few hours at a time, and by the time it gets too bad to use i will have made enough money to buy better and make a replacement." On news on TV a reporter said that guy told he wanted to be an astronaut before but was not allowed bc of his eyesight?+ Maybe that was a regulation that he thought was "pointless," stopped him from doing what he really wanted, and he just never got over it. Which is a bit sad if so but not excuse..

Weird is some people who are alive who like him being like "nooo he was always so careful about everything how could this happen." I think he was just good at rationalizing his actions and explaining them in a way that convinced those people but that doesn't mean he actually was using a perspective of safety even if he framed it that way.

+(Interview from 2017. Funny is back then he said the price is like 105,000 dollars per person, which less than half of what those people paid the last time. Also in the interview he didnt say why he didnt get to be an astronaut, it was a reporter who said he told him he didnt get to because of his eyesight but in this interview he just said that he wanted to be an astronaut but this is like exploring another planet and he wanted to for his whole life.)

Yea and usually I like funny stuff and I laugh REAAAALLY easily but I got kinda annoyed by the Reddit jokes that are so repetitive and I was like "am i becoming grumpy or smth?" I guess not! lol

Maybe we're too nice to REALLY complain so they do it here first to prepare U.S.A. Americans for it

That guy did NOTHING when he had a chance to stand up against what was going on. he even was mad he got banned bc he admitted he wasnt one of the ones who enacted any actions in protest, and that it was another mod who did it. Were always so annoying and bein an antagoniste just bc he knew he wouldnt get banned for it and drunk from online "power" so idrc.

Good thing for him is that usually when reddit makes a good decision is not permanent so maybe he will be unbanned soon.

Ya thats what i wonder bc that kinda happened on reddit.

Ya but how easy would it be to get people to actually move there. Even tho on Reddit theres a rule against duplicate subs there were ways around that (like "real___" or "___uncensored") but the problem was that some ppl just didnt care about poor conduct and the replacement subs sometime ended up not taking off or being overrun by an extreme group (tho sometime it did work.) So I wonder about that here bc a lot of ppl use that to say this isnt a problem here
