Looks like a Charles to me. Charlie for short.

Looking forward to more pics of him once you help him bring up his appetite with lots of walks and get him to a healthy weight. Good work giving him a loving home!

They all look so cool and like they are having a great time in their armor. Love that for them.

Eat the Reich is so much fun! I've been running it a lot lately.

I agree. I felt a strong drop in animation quality going from S1 to S2, and frankly, S1's animation wasn't the greatest (see penultimate episode copy pasted birds falling out of the sky when the big laser hit). It doesn't need to be God tier animation, but it feels like they are cutting corners on it and it lessens the overall show. It is like benching 450 but skipping leg day.

Green iguanas are sometimes called Bamboo Chicken for how edible they are. I think eating them is a good way to deal with them if they are an invasive species in an area

The design is very human

That is a below average lift span for a mouse's microswitch. If you know how to solder you can probably replace the micro switch though. I know switch oddities sells loose mouse switches and I'm sure plenty of other places do too.

You will be able to prevent flipping during launch if you either put the top stage in a fairing to cover the wings or if you put bigger wings on the bottom. maybe experiment without wings that are upside down but idk if that is a problem or not.

Let me know how things go!

Some small wings and control surfaces might help you slow down, belly flop into the atmosphere instead of pencil diving. Maybe glide a bit if you really have to to burn off speed.

Hard to say for sure but based on how the case looks blow molded and the spherical keycaps I suspect that it might be a Futaba manufactured vintage keyboard in the image. Couldn't tell you what model though, I'm sorry.

The blow molded case and spherical caps and oddly shaped tab and lone spacebar on the bottom row are all things that used to be common in the late 70s and early 80s but are no longer common in keyboard design so I do think it is authentic vintage even though I don't know much more than a strong guess about the manufacturer (Futaba) and an educated guess about the switch (Futaba MD, MR, or ML series) and keycaps (doubleshot injection molded ABS).

Hope this helps!
