Wow. Ok I did not know that.

What’s the connection with the original post?

[–] LazaroFilm 1 points 4 months ago

Believe me I am well aware of that. I just thought the irony too god to stay quiet.

If you don’t use Macys, consider deleting your account there or changing your email connected to it.

3D printing, cleaning some forever chemicals while making a fuckton of microplastics.

(I know this is ceramic, I’m talking about 3D printing in general)

What is this? I Minecraft knockoff?

I’m okay with image processing in the screen, by smart, I mean with a media platform and apps installed on the screen. I have two Roku TV that are now unusable even as a screen because the recent Roku software updates made the whole tv sluggish as hell even to simply turn on to an input like HDMI. It’s baaaaaad. Image processing on the other hand no biggie (as long as it’s not this motion flow shit)

If connected via HDMI, no. But your TV might be able to act as a remote control for your Chromecast. No internet data via HDMI.

That’s why I said keep notes. Recount the event with timestamp. If things continue or get worse you now have a file with all occurrences. And if you get fired for calling out HR, that’s an easy lawsuit.

Working on a fun project… (self.microcontrollers)

I’m using WaveShare’s RP2040 touch LCD 1.28 module and a BNO085 to create a new tool for my job (Steadicam operator)

I installed Ignited via SideStore. No Jailbreaking necessary. Not computer tether. SideStore can renew the side loaded emulator every 7 days when on WiFi. The iPhone is perfect for DS emulation with a stylus.

(Ignited is a fork of Delta with more options, and SideStore is a fork of AltStore, with no computer tether needed)

When you tap a message in your mailbox, it doesn’t take you to the message in the context of the post. The issue is that it seems to try to find the message, but then loads more comments which pushes it out of the screen and I have to scroll up or down to fin it again. It should first load all comments then scroll automatically to the desired one.

I want to power this board with a 14v battery. The board has a 1s battery connector that can power the board and read the voltage via ADC. Is there something I could place between the two to lower the voltage and still have a battery voltage reading? I would not be charging the battery through this. The usb port would not be open in the final product.

My understanding is that voltage splitting with resistors is not recommended for powering. And a buck converter will only give constant voltage reading.

My wife brought ADHD Thrive Institute to our attention to help with our child (and me). We spoke with them over the phone but I’m getting a bad feeling about it, it feels very sales-y with their 3 step program, and they own brand of supplements etc… has anyone had experience with it?

I want to upload some short videos to post online but I don’t want them on YouTube. Any free video host that is either open source or at least not big corp owned?

And they honk back‽

Hypothetically, they could implement some internal api and open Reddit to the fediverse no? What would happen then? (I’m sure they won’t because they want the money… but I’m just speculating…)

I took a WaveShare RP2040-Touch-LCD-1.28and made a program to use it as a touchscreen. This is still very much in the beta phase but the proof of concept works. Here’s my GitHub repo for it.

I’m planning on integrating it into my next split near the thumb cluster.
