I'll finally stop seeing its search bar constantly popping up on my parents' browser toolbars!
I've been switching between Pokémon Legends: Arceus (I'm late to the party) and Super Mario Bros. Wonder.
PL: Arceus was a bit disappointing. The concept is awesome, and when I first started playing, I thought it would be one of those games I wouldn't be able to put down. But it got boring really fast. The world feels so empty, like I'm playing a beta test for an open-world Pokémon game.
I just started SMB Wonder, and at first, it felt a bit strange because it didn't seem like a Mario game. But it grew on me quickly, and now I'm really enjoying it. The online co-op with random strangers works surprisingly well, though I wish they had explored it a bit more. I was also worried the game might be too easy, but the challenging stages showed up sooner than I expected. The Wonder Flower effect is really fun, and I'm always excited to see what it will do next.
I had the exact same fear when I was a kid, and crossing bridges was always very stressful for me. Even today, as an adult, it still bothers me a little, and when I'm driving I keep having these intrusive thoughts like: "What if I accidentally drive off this bridge?"
also pls rember that wen u feel scare or frigten never forget ttimes wen u feeled happy

I second this. I started watching "Undone" randomly while scrolling through the catalog, and I'm so glad I did. Absolutely loved it! The art style is nice, and I think Rosa Salazar is a great actress (she gives me huge Aubrey Plaza vibes too, which is cool).
My mind goes all over the place when I'm in bed, so I legit do stuff like this every night to help me relax and fall asleep. Like, I choose a theme and for each letter in the alphabet I start listing in my head as many things as possible. Last night I did Marvel characters, and I think I was asleep by letter ''F". It's stupid and silly, but it totally works for me.
Bold of you to say something nice about Windows here on Lemmy, of all places.
I don't think this is a good analogy, because rolling doubles three times is a matter of chance, so you can't be "discouraged" to do it. While you can commit a crime willingly, rolling doubles is not something you can choose to do or really interfere with, it just happens and you're screwed. (Or maybe I missed your point entirely, in which case I apologize.)
No, she was crying because she was raised to believe that all women are less valuable than men. It's... written right there... What's so hard for you to understand here?
Now there's at least three of us: you, me and George Costanza.
Is that a real tweet?
