They need Linux developers to do that

That would be irresponsible parenting and irresponsible gun ownership.

I'm running LMDE, I wonder if that will ever get updated.

The BCB is underwhelming, especially at the price they were last time they were released. There are much better Taco Bell items that deserve a comeback such as the Triple Steak Stack.

I've heard this a lot but haven't seen any mention of anyone dying. Do you have a source?

None of my coworkers that want Trump to win are registered to vote. I don't know if that means anything.

Trump is being forced to run for president? Is he unable to make decisions on his own or is he being forced by companies that line his pockets?

People aren't playing it because they thing power washing is fun. The people that enjoy these games like them because they like seeing things clean and organized. Something that they struggle to achieve in real life. The satisfaction of completing something 100% is euphoric to some people.

Fuck it, I'll vote for her if not for the mere fact that I would get a lot of entertainment seeing people complain how our president is a black woman.

Money. Nobody would ever foot the bill for this and even then, it would take a significant amount of overhead to keep it running. Also, you're never going to convince people to use public transportation. That's just a few things. My point is this is represented as a utopia but it could never exist. Not in the nations current state. The ideal is good in practice but it's getting there that's the issue.

I feel like nobody thinks about the logistics involved with these things.

I currently have a ring doorbell that I pay a yearly fee for but I want to get away from Amazon and a subscription fee. I would prefer if it used the Wi-Fi and it was able to connect with my house doorbell. Edit: I'd also like to add that I would like it to have the ability to stream and record video.

Apps like Temu or TokTok. Or those cheap electronic devices where you have to download a questionable app and register an account. What exactly is being stolen and what is being done with it? Who is doing it? Why?

I just found out about it. Open Source messaging. It seems intriguing although I'm not sure I would have much to do with it. I honestly can't find too much information about it except for the website and a few YouTube videos. I was just curious if anyone has had experience with it.

I've searched and it seems that information is limited. I have a mini PC in my office not doing anything and would like to make it into a proper Lemmy server. It seems a bit involved and while I'm technically inclined it's over my head. I already have a domain but I have absolutely no idea where to go from here.
