You'll need some kind of internet to download the ISOs for whatever version of Linux you chose though.
I got a 7a the day it released and the only issue I've really had on this list is the fingerprint issue, but I've had issues with every in screen finger printer reader I've ever used, not really a 7a specific issue.
Performance definitely leaves something to be desired and will hopefully be better at launch, but other than that she is fun. I like a majority of the changes on the weapons with the exception of completely removing the air bounce combo thing on the insect glave. I get it at the same time though, a majority of Monsters can't even hit you while your in the air.
The complexity and variety of the weapons, as well as the different monsters and the personalities is what I like about them. It's basically a boss rush game with the occasional gathering session for environmental resources.
It's not a game for everyone, and it's kinda a running meme that everyone drops it shortly after there first time playing it, only to come back years later and get completely hooked.
If you do decide to try it, I really suggest messing around with the weapons in the training area until you find one interesting to you, and then searching up a guide for it.
I really enjoyed this anime, I hope it gets a season 2 one day. (Unlikely tho, seems like a lot of other people realllyyyy didn't like it)
Play stupid games win stupid prizes. At least no one else was hurt.
On one hand, I get it. People can be unnecessarily toxic, but completely ignoring feedback just doesn't seem right either.
Unfortunate but not unexpected. We're probably going to see this more the further we get from cross gen console games.
I use my steam deck docked primarily to stream from my main PC to my living room. I haven't noticed any battery degradation when I do use it in handheld. I got it March 2022.
Also if you happen to be using Emby as a media server, the emby theater app image supports controller :)
