It was a lot of people's jobs for months now creating some special bottle and box for this PR moment... none of this should exist. It reminds me of stories about the Middle Ages, where people would come before the king and shower them with gifts to make sure they are appeased.
HeyJoe
I'm pretty sure they spent over a year campaigning against it and lost by a lot. What else is there to say? I don't blame them...
I feel like this game will do good, considering how long it's been in development already. Plus, with the success of the first game, I feel like it's a low risk that this one will not deliver at least something somewhat decent.
Probably. I have 2 kids, and I still love Nintendo games. It does depend on a few things so I will wait to see what its capable of. I also don't see myself buying it at release, I'm to old for that FOMO.
Or enough time for everyone to realize, "Why did we need this?" And go away forever.
I can't stand that family. I really am at the end... I just can't stand them and the awful shit they spew. They should never be listened to, and it's sickening anyone thinks they deserve to be heard. Constant sow of hate is all I ever see and hear.
Its gonna be weird when the Macy's day parade no longer exists. Even if it's called something else, it will still be odd since it's one of those things you just lived with your entire life.
Was it any good? Never had and just wondering.
I always thought the entire point of them releasing this was not to make crazy money, but see how to improve upon what they built by having everyone beta test it for them. They really didn't have much info on how to make VR successful since none of them are really big. Sure, there's a market, but they want to know what it will take to get everyone on board not just the enthusiasts. Personally, I think it's going to take more than just an app to get there.
It will be interesting to see what big changes they make to the next version since I bet they are willing to change just about everything if they think the data collected proves it's needed. At that point I feel like version 2 will really be the product I want to see. I'll never buy or own one of these, and I hate apple products, but it's interesting to see what they will bring to the table since they obviously are investing a ton of money into this.
As much as I want to love rogue light games, I just can't get into most because I do not enjoy repeating the same thing over and over. It's especially exhausting when you start doing 30-40 minutes runs and I am just like, nah, there's no way I'm doing another run once I die. With that said, my favorite by far is also Slay the Spire because a run doesn't take very long and is lighthearted, so it works perfectly. The other games I enjoyed were Dead Cells, and Children of Morta. Hades was great as well, but you mentioned that.
Just imagine how much that war will cost. Even if this did happen and ended up with Greenland, how long would it take before any of those things benefit at all. It's disgusting this, and any of the other things being talked about are even ideas...
People love this stuff. I feel like this falls into addiction territory and they know it. The saddest part is would it kill them to throw you an extra free donut or drink after unlocking each one? Those are some crazy milestones and the only thing I see is how terrible I am for going here so much if I did this so at least give me a reward for doing it at the least?
