I would check out the dudes over at [email protected] (think I linked that correctly...) They should be able to help out. The low profile keyboards discord is also a good place for this. Ergogen is a keyboard plate generator that can also make that I believe.

I love the Julia vases! They inspired me to make some of my own. Congrats on the printer, those vases make great planters for potted plants if you add some holes to the bottom.
Create a repository of models for him or design something for him if you have the skills! He may have the tech, but that other stuff always takes a lot of time.
Either start a large collection of models for him to make, or design him something he has always talked about but hasn't made.
