That's fair, I don't typically order really expensive stuff. I just think that if I have to go to a store to pick up my package of small cheap shit then I might as well drive all the way to the store and buy the stuff there in the first place. Why order it online and pay shipping then?
It's a bit of a rock and a hard place for then. If you won't leave my package and I have to be there or go somewhere else to pick it up? I'm not ordering your shit.
It also use to be taught in med school that new born babies couldn't feel pain.
Studies have found that Black people are prescribed less pain medication by medical staff than white patients too. So your best bet if you get sick is to try your hardest to be a white man, otherwise you might be fucked.
I'm interested to know what country you come from where this isn't standard? Do you find that that lack of flexibility is culturally just in the military there or present in your countries government and corporate cultures as well?
Early in the war one of their generals was bombed off the face of the earth because troops at his location were using their regular old cellphones for military coordination. Russian communication issues have been a huge stumbling block for them this whole time.
If I can't take my dog I'm not going, and thats likely the issue for a lot of others. The government does have buses for evacuation but you can't bring pets on them.
Apparently most armor wasn't that hard to remove in that area. It doesn't sound like this would be that much more complicated for women though.

It's not just teens doing. There are full grown adults being audio assholes all over the place.
Wait...the blue guy has a nose?
Not the person you were talking too, but I think where you're losing people is that no one else is looking at his face and thinking "measles"...there is a picture in the article and that's not what measles looks like...at all. In any way. Your continued insistence that it "might be contagious" when no reasonable person would come to that conclusion really makes it look like your trying to use an excuse to be uncomfortable with the guy for daring to be in public.
Also stop trying to equate this with coughing. No one whose made it to adulthood thinks this guy has any sort of contagious pox, that not what they look like and it doesn't take a doctor to know that.
Asheville is in the mountains, one of the reasons it was such a big story is that no one expected Asheville to flood. I'm not surprised almost no one up there has flood insurance.
