+1 for Joplin. You can self-host it. If you do, you can share notes between the users of the server. I wrote a tutorial on how to install it with docker. Should you need it, pm me.

Does your house vibrate when the bells ring?
- if true, you might sue for potential property damage. That should make them think twice. In this case, soundproofing has little effect.
- if not, you might want to invest in better windows and/or window blinds. Neither should be extremly expensive and you can start by soundproofing the room you sleep in.
Fyi, we lived near a noisy main street. After changing the windows we were surprised how little of the traffic we heard.
Thank you for answering so many questions. This is a very interesting thread.
Do you feel supported by your parents and friends IRL or rather misunderstood?

Use a custom domain for your important accounts. That way, if you decide you don't like Proton, you can move to Tuta or a different provider and recreate your addresses there. That way, the only thing you have to change is some DNS records.
I'm currently testing the paid version of tuta and proton.
Regarding the other services, as other said, keep things separate. Personally I use self hosted bitwarden for passwords and Synology drive for well, drive.
Straighten it, drill a small hole perpendicular to the hinge of one of your doors, put it inside and cover the hole up. If there's enough time, add some paint to it, otherwise just use the sawdust mixed with some glue. The hole is certainly tiny enough to get unnoticed and any metal detector would hopefully pick up the larger metal hinge instead of the paperclip. Finally, if you also paint it up, it would practically be invisible. Just make sure you use a paint that doesn't smell too strongly.
The spider is in the door keyhole. Captain flies away.
Where is the spider?!? I can't find it!!
The spider is left of "Please" in the last panel.
That must be the toughest condition I read about in a long while. It's amazing that you kept going. It's also amazing that you decided to share this!
