Beautiful variety!!
I really need that last one to kick in. I can’t seem to clean my house in one (or five) go.
This is good advice. I will put this into practice. Also helpful then watering the garden (drip irrigation). I’ve accidentally left it on all night!
So I’m not the only one?! How do you control their use in work comms? I usually have to read everything over and see what I can break into sentences. I’ve also included asterisks when adding potentially superfluous info. 😂
I can definitely relate. I can’t seem to clear out a defined area before I’ve completely switched tasks—accidentally—and forget what I started doing… It could all cultivate by going into another room to put something away.
Could be trying to group donations and find a cute shirt that I need to hang up right away and then I start looking at clothes in the wrong closet…. Main Tasks incomplete. 🤷🏽♀️
My therapist of many years recently mentioned that I have ADHD. She thought I already knew but I never did! No one has ever suggested that or tested me…
So I’m not medicated for that but I’m on anti depressants and anti anxiety meds.

Wow. I honestly thought I was just lazy. Thank you for sharing. Everything other than sleep requires energy and effort. I wish I knew before I was in my 40s that I had ADHD!
OMG I just had a flashback. My partner broke the one I had and now I miss it so much!!!! 😓
The beatings will continue until morale improves!
