Is it the 50 year old teacher/coach/priest touching 15 year old boys, or is it the 15 year old boy inside the 50 year old just exploring his sexuality?

There are endless psychedelics, but the easiest to obtain is likely Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms, if you are in the US, or whatever your equivalent is in your country. They are easy to find in nature in many places and extreme led easy to grow yourself with spores ordered legally online.

In many countries, prodrugs of LSD are legal or semi-legal. A prodrug is a substance that is converted to a desired substance in the body, making them essentially indistinguishable from the end result. 1P-LSD and 1D-LSD are common ones.

There are tons of pretty easily obtainable and safe gray-market tryptamines depending on your country’s laws. 4-AcO-DMT (acetylpsilocin) is essentially crystal shrooms, as it converts to the active psilocin the same way that the psilocybin in shrooms converts to psilocin. 4-Ho-MET (metocin) is a nutty substance that is extremely visual with relatively little challenging headspace.

n,n-DMT is very potent and should be approached with respect, but it also extremely easy to make yourself. With one ingredient (mimosa hostillis root bark) purchased online you can perform a simple acid to base extraction in your kitchen, following a recipe as simple as baking something, using ingredients you purchased at a super center or hardware store.

Mescaline is a ton of fun and differs from the lysergamides and tryptamines mentioned previously. It is a phenethylamine, and the experience has a distinctly euphoric and stimulating aspect combined with the trip. Cactus species like San Pedro and Peruvian Torch can be found in the wild in western North America and Central America, or cuttings can purchased online from anywhere. Extraction can be a pain in the ass so a lot of people eat it with minimal processing, but you will have to eat several feet of cactus material and you will puke as you come up. While it is worth it, mescaline analogues like methylallyescaline, proscaline, or even allyescaline to a lesser degree are the easiest way to consume this and much more enjoyable, but you’d have to check the legality where you are.

There are also other mescaline “analogues” that stretch the definition further and are extremely interesting. 2C-B is the primary one that is still popular. It’s comes with great visuals and the kind of euphoria that you thought ecstasy would be like when you were a kid. There are other 2C-x substances, but most are hard to obtain in today’s age and very unforgiving for a beginner with powerful and overwhelming short trips.

Stretching the mescaline analogues even further we come to the NBOH substances. This is the next generation of the infamous NBOMes of the 2000s. Unlike the NBOMes, NBOH drugs have a great physical safety profile and are much more forgiving. 25B-NBOH is a great starting place but 25I-NBOH and 25E-NBOH are notables. Despite being a mesacaline analogue, the effects are a bit more similar to LSD, although it is way more visual and has much less headspace.

Speaking of things with more visuals and less headspace than LSD, there are also lysergamide analogues. AL-LAD is the holy grail, but I’m not sure if it’s around too much and is probably illegal everywhere. You can get to blinding visuals while still being able to generally function. ETH-LAD is another that is closer to traditional LSD-25 or ALD-52.

There are endless other that I could talk all day about, but these are some that are generally safe and/or friendly and/or easily obtained.

I do rather enjoy the taste, but I’ve never actually come across an edible mushroom I disliked.

PhD in getting high, here. It’s not a psychedelic and doesn’t resemble one at all. Tripping is not even the right word for what happens on this drug. On a chemical level, it’s more similar to taking ambien and staying awake than taking shrooms.

Psychedelic shrooms, like all psychedelics, act on the serotonin system, specifically 5-HT2x receptors. Think surfaces breathing, swirling patterns, fractal geometry, euphoric feelings of connection, introspection.

Amanita Muscaria/Pantherina/etc. contain Ibotenic Acid and Muscimol (you will also ideally need to process the mushroom to convert more of the IA to muscimol) which are hallucinogenic in that they cause hallucinations, but they are GABA-ergic. Think sedation, confusion, tiredness, trancelike states, sleep filled with absolutely insane dreams that seem to last for hours or days.

Large doses have their place, but it’s not fun like psilocybin and it certainly isn’t a social experience. Dosing can also be unpredictable and going overboard can result in really long and really uncomfortable, confusing, potentially dangerous experiences. Small doses of Amanita preparations with higher Ibotenic Acid content can be enjoyable in social settings, but at such a low dose there is no “trip” aspect to it at all. Just increased energy and everything is a little more interesting.

One other disclaimer, it’s an oft repeated fact that Ibotenic Acid is used to create brain lesions in lab animals. While this is true, the IA is injected directly into the brain in large doses to do this. There is no evidence at all that this occurs through oral administration or in doses even far normal than a human could/would take. But I thought it only fair to mention it.

TL;DR - Shrooms are awesome at all doses and you should find some and eat them ASAP after doing research and preparing yourself. Amanitas are not remotely similar, and while they can be useful are not “fun” per se, and have the potential to be really miserable or even dangerous.

I firmly believe there is a massive difference between confessing/divulging info about your co-conspirators, and accusing your abuser to authority. One is snitching, the other is how the concept justice is supposed to work.

In that case, I will simplify. Your opinion/position/belief is incorrect.

“Snitching” is the act of telling an authority figure information that gets them into trouble. Telling an authority figure the name of a bully falls firmly under this category, as does telling mom your older brother smashed your toy, telling the cops you saw Jim Bob break into Joe Johnson’s car while driving by, and admitting to the DA that you and Bob shot the sheriff to avoid getting additional charges related to someone else’s murder of the deputy.

Merriam Webster: To inform, tattle; to give information (as to the authorities) about another's improper or unlawful activities

Cambridge: to secretly tell someone in authority that someone else has done something bad, often in order to cause trouble

Oxford LD: to tell a parent, teacher, etc. about something wrong that another child has done

I don’t think the framing is iffy at all. There is no distinction in the phrase limiting it to only conspirators. Snitching is snitching.

You are latching onto the bullying aspect and adding emotional context to a simple comic with a straightforward pun.

What people care about is not always what they vote for, and what people say they care about is another thing entirely.

I’ll leave you with this: I want to be proved wrong and champagne is on me if I am. I just don’t believe in Americans enough to believe that we as a whole are going to effect real change.

I’m going to stop trying, though.
