I'm so tired of the overly dark, brutal trend in DC.

I'm excited for Gunn's Superman. I hear he's trying a wild new take: it's supposedly based off an alternate version of Superman where he's an optimistic, lovable hero that inspires people with his kindness and love for all.

So any reports that this game is good now? Or still the pile of trash that it looked like when they initially announced it? The fact they had Captain Boomering and the fucking shark using guns instead of their abilities is moronic.

Don't get your hopes up. The play test from a couple of weeks ago was underwhelming. It seems nothing has changed and that the delay was only for people to forget the initial backlash.

Every character basically plays the exact same except for their traversal abilities.

This is actually what I did. I only watched a playthrough of the Suicide Squad game, but it left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth that I felt the need to get and replay the whole Arkham Trilogy. It's made me want to play Arkham Origins because I never have.
