I have a steam deck dock in the living room, with a dualsense and some joy-cons paired to it. Are there any games similar to Ring Fit that work well on PC/Steam? Do I need a new controller or can I use these?

Wii emulation playing good ol' wii sports. Still a decent workout and pretty fun still. Not to mention super easy to run and not battery intense. I actually bought a wiimote plus and wireless sensorbar for this purpose as I tried using my dualsense but it felt weird. Im sure joycons could work nicely.

I wonder if ring fit works on an emulator.

I think it takes extra work because the ring con isn’t in things like yuzu yet.

I’m not sure if Fitness Boxing 2 is available to emulate, it uses switch joycons to detect motion and is a great work out if you follow instructions! Highly recommend
