Is there a difference between polenta and grits? Every time I see these recipes I just wonder if I've found a new healthy breakfast option.
This article explains the differences. I didn't even knew about grits before your comment. But I think it's rather similiar and could be substituted in this recipe.
I see the recipe calls for coconut milk, does it taste like it at all? Looks delicious! I'm always looking for new stuff to try and I'm curious about polenta.
A little bit, but not too dominant if I remember correctly.
