History matters : he makes short 3-4 minute videos about interesting historical topics also his 10 minute history series was amazing I highly recommend it

Since you liked pointless hub you should check out alternate history hub it’s owned by the same guy and his what if scenarios are amazing

I quite like Dank Pods' Cash Converter videos to feel like I'm browsing around with him and laughing at the bizarre things he finds.

If you like True Crime, these three are my favorite channels with 2 being hidden gems

That Chapter - https://m.youtube.com/@ThatChapter/featured

High Time Crime - https://m.youtube.com/@hightimecrime/featured

A wicked world - https://m.youtube.com/@AWickedWorld

If you like Fallout/Skyrim/Dark Souls (and other games of that like), check out Ymfah. 10/10 for the insane challenges that dude puts on himself. Didn’t see him in the list, easily my favorite to watch when I’m bored

SuperEyepatchWolf is pretty good. I especially enjoy his hour long video essays. Somehow he can keep my attention throughout the whole video.

I especially can recommend this one on Liminal Space and the Backrooms: https://youtu.be/gp-2M_3HwFU

It really like him too! He really seems like a hidden gem to me.

The Tim traveler always cheers me up. He visits interesting places that your usual travel channel doesn't and wouldn't.

Skill-up for videogame reviews but mainly for his "this week in videogames"

My old car for some old car content on American cars

Big car for a more relatable European format about old cars

Kai W for photography related things

Dave2d and mkbhd for tech review

Path less pedaled for cycling content that isn't about competitive or fancy things

CGP Grey is my main one, but Corridor Digital is fun, too. I don't do much video due to processing issues, though.

Numberphile is great if you're interested in logic and math. Their older videos are best, so it's a bit of binge watching if you've never seen them before. You don't have to be great at math or anything. Every video basically starts from common logic.

If by any chance you're interested in music, I can recommend Paul Davids, who is just another handsome guy with an acoustic guitar, but actually manages to dig deep down into both the theory and techniques of good songs.

If by any very odd chance you'd be into skateboarding as an adult, I'd recommend Jon Bishop, who is an old dude going through all the steps in a safe manner. The bonus is that whenever I watch any of his videos there'll also be many good suggestions from that.

Fraser Cain - he goes over everything space but without the physics. Very down to earth and very real scientific space talk. Also goes over weekly space news.

And if you want more of the physics side, pbs space is also great as well.
